cin1607It looks like taking the TOC coding out of the templates caused more issues than it fixed, so we've added it back in. We're looking into ways to improve our stylesheets so that we can fix the problems that led us to taking the coding out of the templates in the first place. Thanks for everyone's feedback on this. We'll keep working on it. :)
