Pon Farr is big enough in Star Trek that it merits keeping its own page it addition to a mating urge/heat/(whatever title) page with an overview.
As for the sections, I think we should take both "device" and "element" an divide by some other system. For example we could bundle all character transformation tropes: Aged-Up, De-Aged, Animaltransformation, wings, bodyswap, genderswap, etc. into a section.
