At the moment, I don't know if webtoon fandoms are "separate" enough from the rest of manhwa fandom to merit their own page (I feel like most discussion of manhwa these days encompasses webtoons?). But it sounds like a great idea to mention webtoons on the webcomic page, especially since so much of the most popular manhwa these days are webtoons.
