2. We have a generic fanwork template that can be used when you can't find something more specific:

We've also got a help page for creating fanwork pages here:

but it hasn't been updated in a while.

I can create a template for fanworks like Star Trek: Phase II, but I'm not sure what to call it. We have a page about "fan films", but this looks more like a "fan television show", and I'm not sure if we need to distinguish between the two?
