One huge component to many great DMCA policies is that the company commits to publish every DMCA notice they receive, or every notice they take action on. For example, Github does this through their own repository, (https://github.com/github/dmca), while Google does this through chillingeffects.org (now the lumen database). I see no such provision in this policy—was it something you considered, or could consider? Even just posting them on the Wiki would be incredibly useful to increasing the transparency.
