since I work better with examples, I thought I'd start a thread, here is a historical image that appeared in the Los Angeles Times.
Assuming that the use of the image is fair use and there's no copyright issues,
1. Would we need to get every individual visible person's consent?
2. Would we need to blur every person's face if we could not get consent?
Would we have one set of rules for historical photos? If no, would there be no room for visual representation of the people who created our community given that there are only a few surviving photos remaining?
