A fan's consent to their image being displayed in place 1 does not imply their consent to their image being displayed in or associated with place 2.

Under French "droit à l'image" laws, every time a picture is used outside of the context given in the first explicit written release, another release must be signed. So the law back you up on that, as does common sense.
