I started some new templates that could use input from others:

Template:Songbook
Template:Webring
Template:SiteRec

Categories to go with these templates have not yet been created.

In other excitement, although Fanlore now has date categories, brave Doro appears to be the only one working to add them to the 9000 fanworks pages. I believe she has reached "I" now? Other people are welcome to join in. (However, there are plenty of pages in the Chronology/date category hierarchy already. Check it out!)

I mentioned this on the talk page a while ago, but I'd like to remove conventions from Category:Offline_Spaces and define it as "offline spaces other than conventions". Right now it is overwhelmed with conventions and doesn't seem very useful since conventions already have their own category. Plus, Offline_Spaces is a subcategory of Fan Communities, so I suspect it was intended for things like fan clubs. What say you?

I like the new templates -- I've definitely got some rec sites that I could add in. However, is the size field necessary for a songbook? Other than that, I think the fields are appropriate.

Moving conventions out of Offline Spaces sounds okay too. I wouldn't mind taking on that to get myself back into the editing habit.

I removed the Offline Spaces category from the Convention template, and suddenly there were only 28 pages in the category! So if you want to take on the category, it won't take you very long :)

I adapted the songbook template from the zine templates--they all use the size field. I'm assuming that the songbook template would be used mainly for printed material. So size = dimensions (or page count)
